Our Story
Traditionally, safety belts for baby high chairs are made of nylon webbing, which easily accumulates dirt and grime. Over time, these belts can become dirty and harbor bacteria, posing a risk since babies might chew on them. To address this issue, we spent 8 years developing a silicone-coated webbing.

Material:
While TPU or PVC-coated webbings are available on the market, they do not meet FDA material safety standards and are not suitable for applications requiring high safety standards. No manufacturers had successfully used silicone for coating because regular silicone does not adhere well to webbing. We overcame this by developing a patented silicone raw material specifically designed to coat webbing.
Manufacturing Process:
Even with the right material, applying the silicone coating to webbing without causing delamination was a complex challenge. We successfully solved this problem, ensuring our silicone coating stays intact on the webbing.
